2. Properties of M4 multistage water filter on ceramic support

          1. Stops 100% any kind of parasites like: Giardia duodenalis, Taenia solium, Ascaris lumbricoides, etc. (full list in the Presentation & Certificates section);
          2. Stops bacteria at over 99.99% rate:  Cholera (100%), Anthrax (100%), Salmonella(99.99992%), E. Coli (99.9999%), etc. (full list in the Presentation & Certificates section); These rates are extremely high compared with other filters on the market!
          Compared with other methods, these values are extremely high and do not depends on water composition (for example in the UV sterilizers case, the turbidity grade of the water is disastrous for their efficiency, because live bacteria or virus can be shaded by suspended particles, from the direct UV rays and so could pas through the sterilizer without being destroyed...you can study more about different purifying methods on the Doultun website and at different manufacturers).

3. Why would you need this water filter (questions and answers)

 - We drink mineral water, why would i need a filter?

 - Very good, but did you know that the mineral water has so many minerals in its composition that it is recommended to be consumed in no more then 200-300 milliliters per day?

 - We buy bottled water, why should i need a filter?

 - Very good, but it is a certainty that you spend a lot of money to purchase it. Are you tired to live with the concern of purchasing and transporting the water? What kind of water do you use for cooking? Also, with this water filter you can do substantial savings, of at least 2250 Ron / $1170 /  890 Euro, compared with purchasing of bottled water (see the economic efficiency estimation).  - We boil the water to purify it!

 - Very good, this procedure is excellent to destroy the bacteria and the microorganisms and also to get rid of some Chlorine....but....boiling will also going to concentrate the heavy metals and also the organic substances from water, like the aromatic hydrocarbons, chlorines  hydrocarbons, pesticides, etc. Unfortunately, boiling is not a good solution anymore to purify the water for consumption.

5. You can save a lot of money (over 2250 Ron / $1170 / 890 Euro...)

      

       Depending of the pollution level from the water (heavy metals, hydrocarbons, chlorine, etc.) the ceramic filtering candle needs to be replaced after 4.000 - 5.000 litters (1056 - 1320 gallons) or when you sense the chlorine taste in the water.

       Let's us take a practical case of economic efficiency of this water filter:

       * we will presume that a 5 litter of bottled water (~1.32 gallons) would cost you 3 Ron/ $1.32/ 1 Euro, that will mean:
          - 1 litter (~0.246 gallons) costs 0.6 Ron;
          - 1 litter (~0.246 gallons) costs $0.264;
          - 1 litter (~0.246 gallons) costs 0.2 Euro;

       * we will take an average of 4.500 litters (~1188.77 Gallons) of obtained purified water (pure water), before we need to change the ceramic filtering element/cartridge;
